SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: 

Rest assure that your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Normal shipping and handling takes 1-5 business days. Flat-rate/Free Shipping will be made at the discretion of Headshotpb unless something else was agreed on via email. If you are needing expediated shipping please reach out to use prior to making the purchase at sales@headshotpb.com.

Shipping insurance is optional; however, if a package is lost, stolen, or damage Headshot Paintball is not responsible repayment or replacement. Please insure your packages! 

Returns: 

In the unfortunate event you need to return an item, please read the entire Return Policy Below (DON’T RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT FIRST RECEIVING EMAIL CORRESPONDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS):

All returns must meet the requirements below:

  • Any item taken in for return must be brand new, unworn, factory sealed, and unused.
  • No returns will be made on any Paintballs, Special Order Items, or Used items.
  • Any manufacture defects or malfunctions will not be accepted for a return and client will be redirected to the appropriate manufacture.
  • Exchanges will only be made if it was an error made by Headshotpb
  • Return request must be received within 14 DAYS of placing your order.

 

If a refund is requested the following options will be made available:

  • Exchanging your existing item for another. both (incoming and outgoing) shipping will be paid by customer for each shipment. 
  • Monetary refund in the form that it was received. A 20% restocking fee and both (incoming and outgoing) shipping will be deducted from original total paid. 
  • Store Credit. Valid 30 days after notification. 

 

Refunding Shipping Cost:

Unfortunately none of our shipping charges are refundable; therefore, if your order received a flat-rate or free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund. This will only apply if your shipping payment was lower than the shipping charge.
